upgrading from 4.1.2 Pro

I have a 1 seat license to 4.1.2 Pro, and after downloading 4.2 Pro and copying it over to Applications, I see I now have two OmniGraffle Professionals. After identifying which is which, may I simply delete 4.1.2 or is there some other way I should be going about this?

Yep, you can trash the older version, 4.1.2.
