Financial contingency within resource leveling
 

This may be a feature request...

I have a project that requires me to meet a specific deadline, but due to a resource conflict, I will need to bring in additional equipment at a premium price. I would like to be able to automatically level resources to still meet my target end-date, but minimize the expense of the additional resource use.

In addition, being able to have a "budget" view of tasks and or the whole project would be very beneficial.

That's a feature request that I can write up for you in our development database. As for the budget view, what kind of information would you like to see in that view? Right now you can go to "View" > "View Options" and enable the cost columns. Did you need to see more budget info?
