I have the same problem.
I run OF 1.9.4; the behavior has been there at least since OS X 10.7.2.

Gah, it went away for a while and now it's back. What gives?

Same issue. Especially related to changing task info.

I have the same problem as everyone here. I can do some things (change Perspective, for example) without OmniFocus changing the desktop. But any change to task info (completed, for example, or due date change) causes OF to leap to Desktop 1.
