Problems opening Microsoft Project 2003 xml file

When I try to open an xml file exported from Microsoft Project 2003, I get:

*** -[NSCFArray insertObject:atIndex:]: index (7) beyond bounds (6)

Is anyone else getting a similar error?

I have attached the xml file.
