Upgrading to Pro
 

Hi,

I have bought OmniGraffle through the Mac App Store. I now realise I require the Pro version.

Looking at one of the forum threads it suggests contacting Apple Support who would refund my purchase enabling me to then purchase the Pro version.

Unfortunately, Apple were very unhelpful. The support agent basically said she didn't have the power to refund me.

Is there any other way I can upgrade to Pro?

While I have no experience obtaining refunds from Apple in such matters, one general rule of thumb when dealing with a big company over the phone is that if you don't like the answer you get, hang up, call again, and try your luck with someone else.
