Saving images results in php file
 

Saving images from sites like imagebam does not work properly.

For example, see <http://www.imagebam.com/image/9722e444196471/>

If you right click and choose “save image to downloads”, it start downloading “dl.php” but then will download the correct jpg.

However, if you right-click and choose “Save image as...”, the file name is offered as “dl.php” and you have no idea the correct name. Further, if you hit "save", you actually get dl.php not an image.

If all other browsers (Safari 4.02, FF 3.5.2, Opera 10.5b2) this works correctly.

FWIW, if you drag the image into a new tab, it will download the image with the correct filename.

Having said that, I often have similar issues. Overall, Omniweb is good at treating an image like an image but there's always room for improvement.

Yeah, plus "download to..." also works, as I said. However, there's no way to choose name or download directory on the fly.
