iCal Import doesn't recognize workday?

I just built a little test project with resources wherein I defined the work week as M-F 9-12 and 1-6. I then exported it to an .ics file and imported it into a calendar. My schedule items all run continuously 24 hours a day and don't seem to recognize my work week schedule as defined. What could I be missing?

How did you answer the question at the bottom of the Export... dialog about one event per task or work period?

One event per task, did the other one and it works! Thanks for the clue.
