Set default time for start dates?

In the settings, I can set the default time for due dates. But is it possible to set the default time for start dates as well, somehow?

I tend to use the start date feature quite a lot, and unless I remember to change the default start time to something like 9am I'm woken up at midnight because my iPhone tells me it's time to start Getting Things Done..

Not possible, to my knowledge, and a most unfortunate omission. Use Help->Send Feedback to request it...
