Two new folders do not appear on iPad

Periodically new folders and their OO files, created using Finder on my iMac, do not appear in OmniOutliner on my iPad. Most folders and files created appear between my iMac and my iPad, but two folders and their contents have not. Disconnecting OO for iPad and reconnecting did not fix the problem. Any ideas?
