Hello,

Is there a way to specify what tasks remain in Expanded view when exporting to PDF?

Currently, even if you have particular tasks within a heading Collapsed, when you export the .omniplan file, it expands every heading and shows every single task in the schedule.

Sometimes you don't wish to do this, and only have expanded certain parts of the schedule as a focus.

I've googled this and unfortunately seen no solution, so this post is my last ditch effort :)

This should do what you want:

File -> Export
Select File Format: PDF
Print Task Groups: as displayed

If you are using File -> Print to get a paginated PDF, there is a similar option on the print panel.
