Text Editing in Preferences not setting
 

Hello all,

I'm choosing "Hitting return ends editing on line" in preferences, but the preference never sets. I have tried restarting omnigraffle, opening a new document, etc., and it is not setting. Is it because I am picking a theme in the startup and not starting from scratch? Don't understand what I am doing wrong.

The preference options are "Press return to begin a new line of text," and "Press return to end editing." There's no "ends editing on line." Which one are you referring to? The second option ends editing in the shape and returns you to the shape manipulation mode. Is that what's not working for you? As far as I know, preference settings affect the behavior of the program, not the attributes of a document, so they're not saved with a template.
