Omnifocus:iPad - Can a task be converted to project while reviewing?

It's quite normal that while reviewing the Inbox tasks, some of them turn out to be projects. Is it possible to convert them directly to Project?

Yes, bring up the editor by tapping on the task, then in the Info pane, tap the Move button, and the first choice should be "Convert to Project".
