Printing to Index Cards
 

I tried to print various perspectives to index cards this afternoon to text out functionality and had some problems. Even though I checked the box in Page Setup to have the text converted to black & white, that doesn't seem to happen. In preview mode it still shows in color, and off my B&W laser printer the orange cololed lines are so greyed that they're almost impossible to read.

IS this a known issue? Or am I doing something wrong. Sorry if previously asked. I checked back 12 pages + in the forums and couldn't find any printing discussions...
