Problem exporting bookmarks to safari

I have a question about how to export bookmark to safari.
Currently what I do is import the following file into Safari: Library -> Application Support -> OmniWeb -> Bookmarks.html

It works OK for English bookmarks, but anything that is in other languages gets screwed up.
Am I not doing it correctly?
