Editorial app to Omnifocus
Here it is a workflow that I made to easily enter tasks from Editorial app to Omnifocus
http://www.editorial-workflows.com/workflow/5863171524919296/5Wqr0yfqQY4 From anywhere you are typing in Editorial app, just enter the phrase and hit the workflow, it will get the text into omnifocus and come back to where you were in Editorial with the text deleted. If you want to input OF several tasks, just make a list, one ítem per line, select the list and apply the workflow. |
Excellent – and a good example of why I finding myself living in Editorial rather than OmniOutliner on the iPad.
(But I have to admit that I haven't upgraded to the new iOS OmniOutliner – does it now support this kind of callback url-scheme, or macros and scripting in general ?) |
A variant which triggers a simple OmniFocus add action, rather than a Drafts callback.

http://editorial-app.appspot.com/workflow/5796788510392320/lPfhnCYkvSE
I had done the same thing. My question is now if there is a way that upon saving the action in Omnifocus, it can then return to where I was in Editorial. I'm not sure if this is a callback scheme (which, I confess, I do not understand). J. |
