Ongoing tasks/responsibilities
 

What is the best way of showing that there is an ongoing task or responsibility in OmniPlan?

For example, I need to factor into my plans that I spend about an hour each day dealing with a certain responsibility, on an ongoing basis.

The long-awaited repeated tasks would be the best way of doing this. In the meantime I have simply made a mental note of it and shortened my working day by an hour to account for them.

Is there a better way?
