Outline and diagram question.

Hello,

I created site map in the outline mode. My problem is that I can't manage to create diagram looks like this (see attached picture).

When I start my process with creating diagram then my outline is totally messed up.

Please help, auto arranged diagram doesn't work for me at this project.
