Mac App Store version?
 

Are there any functionality differences between the version of OmniGraffle (or OmniGraffle Pro) on the Mac App Store, and the version that can be purchased from the Omni website? (Not licensing difference, but real product feature differences.)

Some Applescripts which run on the standard version will not run on the AppStore version.

(The AppStore version uses a different bundle identifier).
