Moving from Omni Sync Server to Bonjour

I need to move from the Omni Sync Server to bounjour and I was wondering the best way to do it. I don't want to lose any of my data.

Also, after I move to Boujour, I need to remove all of my data from the Omni Sync Server.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
