All OmniFocus screens have disappeared excep tool bar
 

New User. All screens have disappeared except the tool bar a the top of the screen. Control/Option/Space bar does open the pop up window to enter InBox items but when that window closes no other windows or screens are visible. the items entered in the pop up will sync to iPod Touch so I know that database is operating. Mac Book Air; OSX 10.5.6 Any help

cmd-N should open a new window if OmniFocus is running.

It sounds like command-W (close window) got hit a couple of times, but if command-N doesn't bring up a new window, you'll want to do the following:
[LIST][*]Quit OmniFocus[*]Open up <your home folder>/Library/Preferences/ in the finder.[*]Move the file named "com.omnigroup.omnifocus.plist" to the trash[*]restart OmniFocus[/LIST]
