Gizmo, if you want a guaranteed response, you need to use the service with guaranteed responses :-) When you post a question here, you are mostly asking whatever Omni customers happen to read your post if they know the answer, and not asking anyone at Omni directly. Omni staffers do read the forum as time permits, but there's no guarantee (unlike with questions sent in via email to [email]omniplan@omnigroup.com[/email] or Help->Send Feedback) that someone will even see your post, much less respond.
