Can I display the date actions are "added"
 

When I click on VIEW/SORTING there is a field called "Added" which I assume is the date the action was created. However, when I click on VIEW/COLUMNS to add this field to the display, there is no field for "Added".

How do I get the "Added" date to appear in the Project and Context views?

At the moment, you can only view that value in the inspector. Use Help->Send Feedback to make your request that it be available as a column option, and you might as well ask that they make the other values available as well (changed, next review, last review come to mind).
