Solution: Separate Work & Home OF on iPhone
 

I have OmniFocus at work & OmniFocus at home. I don't feel comfortable having my personal OmniFocus data stored on my work computer, which is not owned by me. I also like to separate working with the work OF during work hours and my home OF when off work. This means I've had to choose which OF database I would like stored on the iPhone.

After downloading the new iOS app I realized that I can have two different OF apps running on the iPhone. One for work & one for home.

The old version of OF for the iPhone and the new version. Each syncing with their respective database on work & home.
