Un-delete

I am new to Omnifocus and am making some mistakes as I go along. One frustrating item is if I delete a task accidentally I cannot find a way to re-store it.

Any help would be much appreciated.

If I'm understanding the request correctly, "Undo" under the Edit menu should allow you to recover the item in the situation you describe. Does that help?
