We plan to support LinkBack, we just didn't want to hold back 1.0 for it. (Same with AppleScript.)

Does OmniGraphSketcher support AppleScript? I can't find anything about in the manual

Not at the moment. Send in your vote with Help->Send Feedback to bump the priority up a bit.

Nothing too cool... I'm going to need to produce plots of a large volume of experimental data, and looking for an automatic way to do it.
