Where are the OF automator actions?
 

Are there supposed to be any because they are not in my library.

There aren't any, to my knowledge, but there is an extensive AppleScript library. What are you hoping to do with Automator and OF?

I did not post this originally, but what I would like to do is when I receive a quote via email from a vendor, :

move the file to a selected folder
append the file with date and time
add an task in OF:[INDENT]Name: Purchase Item: {user inputed field here}[/INDENT][INDENT]Context: EBS[/INDENT][INDENT]Note: {A link to the file}[/INDENT]
