Workspaces: Restore Snapshot On Start?
 

Does anyone know is it possible to get workspaces to revert to their original snapshots when the browser first starts. (I am still using the trial version.)

It sure is. Get your first workspace open and configured exactly how you want it, with each site open and each window sized and positioned how you like it. Then click the Worskpace menu item at the top and select [b]Take Snapshot[/b].

After that, click the Workspace menu item again and select [b]Show Workspaces[/b]. A new window will pop up and select the workspace you just took a snapshot of. Then un-select the checkbox at the bottom saying [b]Auto-save while browsing[/b]. With that unchecked, OmniWeb will not save any changes you do to your workspace and will always keep it just how you had it set when you took the initial snapshot.

As you create new workspaces, you just repeat the process for each one you'd like to keep untouched after their snapshot is taken.

You can allow some workspaces to be saved as you make changes to them, and others to always open up just as they were when you took their snapshot.
