Help: Omnigraffle folder disappeared from Library/Application Support

I have just upgraded to Omnigraffle Pro 5 and the folder where I usually put stencils has vanished. I am running on an Intel Macbook pro with OSX 10.5.6.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so, how did you resolve it?

You can create the directory using the Finder - in the case of OmniGraffle 5, the path is ~/Library/Application Support/OmniGraffle/Stencils/

Alternatively you can simply create a new stencil and save it and OmniGraffle will create the directory for you.
