Synching To-Do Lists with iCal
I synch my tasks with iCal every day and print out the daily calendar with that day's tasks on the right side. When I print it out, the server file's URL for each task is inserted in the notes section for each tasks and it makes my to-do list twice as long as it should be, usually going onto a second page.
Is there any way to not have the tasks' URLs inserted into the notes section or just not printed on the iCal daily calendar? Also, is there a way in OmniFocus to automatically update due dates from one day to the next day? I thought that there was. iCal will only print out the tasks for that specific date. Right now, I manually go into OmniFocus and update each uncompleted task from the day before. Thanks. I hope that someone has a solution for me. I just moved over to a new iMac from from the dark side. I love the Apple computer and I am really finding OmniFocus is perfect for my GTD. I appreciate any help anyone can lend me. MARKfromRI |
I don't do the iCal sync thing, so I can't help you there.
For a convenient way to push back due dates, see this thread. There isn't anything built-in to OmniFocus to do it. |
