New shapes always slightly rotated

Whenever I create a new shape, it's [I]always[/I] rotated by exactly 269.3°. Is this a bug or a feature? How do I turn it off and create 0° rotated shapes by default?

Got it. Click Shape tool, select "Restore Defaults" in menu.
