Javascript popup not working?

Howdy,

using sneakypeek build 6.22.8.0.113108 and suddenly some javascript popups don't seem to be popping up. I've got settings set to allow popups when requested. Anyone have any ideas if this is build breakage, or should i be looking at something in my environment.. FFX and Camino seem to be doing OK with these.

Can you give us an example page where things aren't working correctly?
