Omni Focus and Omni Plan combined just became a dynamic duo for me ..
Now , I can really see how long things are going to take to complete ..
I export active projects un-grouped focused on " work " and bam! I can see what I've gotten myself into .. thanks again !!!

That's a good tip! I've been looking at ways to integrate omniplan.

it's working great , I wish there was some way to filter what gets exported but I just export all active work projects sorted by due ,

O.P creates a new " task" for each header group and I just delete everythig but overdue and due this week in the Omni Plan project [nothing is affected in omni focus ]

I have a major problem with over-committing myself and this was a great way to see how overbooked I am over the next week .
