You know what? OmniPlan can Sync seamlessly with Things!!!
 

After getting frustrate to sync OmniPlan and OmniFocus, I wondered if this works with other GTD assistant.So I give Things a try.

That a little ironic, but REALLY works!!
1. publish your OP project to iCloud reminder.
2. sync your things with iCal reminders
3. All done!!
