Variable width template
 

I have a template (a horizontal bar at the bottom of the page) that I would like to horizontally scale at both design and display time to fit the page.

Examples:
- when page is set up as portrait or landscape
- when printed page size changes
- when presenting on different screen widths

Does anybody know if this is possible?
