File format for OO4

The file format for a new document I created in OO4 is still .oo3 - is that as it should be?

Same question.... .OO3 is only choice I can find....
How do you get file format to .OO4?
Like the new features I have discovered.

OmniOutliner 4 does indeed still use the same format as OmniOutliner 3, so the extension is still .oo3. It is technically a slightly expanded format that preserves as much as possible for backwards compatibility with OmniOutliner 3.
