Holidays keep changing
 

I'm not exactly sure why, but every time I set up all 2011 holidays at the Work Schedule for Project, the moment I reload my file to change a few more things all no-work periods shift days of even weeks. For example, a holiday at November 2 shifts to November 1, another holiday in March 8 shift for March 2.

Any ideas why the days I've configured to not have work simply change? It's driving me nuts.
