Is there a way to disable the percentage of labor feature for resource management? For my project it is possible to have a single person working on multiple tasks simultaneously, and it becomes tedious to change everyone's units of labor to 50% every time overlap occurs.

Is there a better solution than this?
 

The best way I could figure out to do this was have each person on the project categorized as a material so that it doesn't matter if they overlap. It works, but now there is no difference between staff and materials. Interesting social commentary? :-)

You can also set the unit percentage of each resource in the "Resource : Information" inspector to a huge number so that you never reach the resource's overload percentage.
