Change margin width

Is there a way to increase the margins? The Welcome example has a large top margin and I would like to recreate that as well as margins on the left and bottom in other graphs.

At the moment you can only do that with OmniGraphSketcher for Mac. Use the Contact Omni button to send them an email requesting similar functionality for the iPad version.
