switching from context or project pane to actions pane

Is there a way to do this with the keyboard? I have search in Help and the manual for all entries with "key" or "navigate" but can't find the answer. Is there a page somewhere of all the keyboard shortcuts for OmniFocus?

Command-4 or use the View menu. The command toggles between 'Go to Sidebar' and 'Go to Main Outline'.
