more advanced presentation mode options

I use presentation mode to do interactive prototyping and have a few feature requests:

* Option to disable "click anywhere to advance canvas." This is incredibly obnoxious when testing a multicanvas file with objects that have show/hide layer behaviors. Miss-tap and you are looking at a different canvas.
* Option to disable canvas drawer at the bottom of the screen.
* Keyboard shortcuts for changing canvases in presentation mode. If you are presenting to a user on an external screen you have to stop, look at their screen, and change the canvas with a mouse. Large cognitive break.
* Option to sync presentation canvas with document window canvas. If this were the case, I could use the existing next/previous canvas shortcuts instead of adding new ones as requested above.

Thanks for the great work, id be chin deep in Illustrator hell without you guys.

Omni Group, please look into adding these features mentioned by XedMada. I am particularly interested in disabling the "click anywhere to advance canvas" option in the presentation preferences. It would make usability testing a breeze. The Export feature to PDF and HTML work ok and they still keep most of the actions (toggle layers doesn't work on export), but it would be great to have some of the highlighting features in the presentation mode.

See this thread for a quick-and-dirty workaround to the advance-canvas problem: http://forums.omnigroup.com/showthread.php?t=25438

By the way, you're more likely to get Omni's attention by using the Send Feedback... item in OG's Help menu. They often read discussions, but there's no guarantee they will.
