Hierarchical numbering vs flat numbering and sorting

When I export a Omniplan document to Outliner 3, it exports the Hierarchical Numbering column as the ID column. This is fine, but this column is Rich Text and doesn't sort correctly in OO.

The sort is for example:
1.1.1.27
1.1.1.28
1.1.1.29
1.1.1.3
1.1.1.4
1.1.1.5

Obviously, this isn't a number, so how can OO sort this data correctly?

If it was Flat Numbering in Omniplan it would be fine to set it as a number type and sort by that, but we can't do that for this document.

thanks in advance

Hi Womich,

If you need to use flat numbering, you enable this by going to "View" > "Use Flat Numbering". Now when you export to OmniOutliner, the document will have flat numbering instead of hierarchical numbering.
