Right-clicking favorites bar - Open in new link

When right-clicking the favorites bar and selecting "Open in New Tab," the behavior should [B]not[/B] be to create a new [I]background[/I] tab as is the current behavior.

The action should select the new tab as it's created to mirror the behavior of right-clicking a hyperlink and selecting "Open Link in New Tab."
