Anyway to Keep Bookmarks Synced between OW and Safari?

I have an iPhone and unfortunately I can't sync bookmarks between the iPhone and OmniWeb. Is there anyway to keep real-time syncing with OmniWeb and Safari? Perhaps a plugin or a widget that runs in the background keeping them synced up?

I also have a .Mac account if there is any funky cross-browser syncing I can do.
