script to export Outliner to html and place on iDisk

I need to be able to export several OO files to HTML(dynamic)... and post the resulting files onto my iDisk.
Does anyone know of a shell script or applescript that would show me the way?

I just uploaded my files to my homepage in a folder seems to work OK. Does using shell or Applescript make it easier?
