Cip-a-Tron 3000 stopped working

I've been using the Clip-a-Tron 3000 function to link emails from mail.app to OF for a long time without any problems. It suddenly stopped working. When I invoke the hotkey I get the following error message in OF.

Errors returned from handler <ScriptHandler:0x79b150 com.omnigroup.OmniFocus.ScriptHandler.Default NSBundle </Applications/OmniFocus.app/Contents/PlugIns/BuiltInClippingHandlers.plugin> (not yet loaded)>: {
NSAppleScriptErrorAppName = OmniFocus;
NSAppleScriptErrorBriefMessage = "Can\U2019t get paragraph 1 of note of inbox task id \"gMb5HTAbWzn\" of quick entry of document id \"lTjOwen4iFp\". Invalid index.";
NSAppleScriptErrorMessage = "Can\U2019t get paragraph 1 of note of inbox task id \"gMb5HTAbWzn\" of quick entry of document id \"lTjOwen4iFp\". Invalid index.";
NSAppleScriptErrorNumber = -1719;
NSAppleScriptErrorRange = NSRange: {1364, 83};
}

I did install Safari 4. Is this another Safari 4 problem or is it something else?

I saw a post in another thread that indicated that yes, Safari 4 breaks the mail clipping service by changing the version of WebKit that mail uses. Workaround for now is to revert back to Safari 3; by the time Safari 4 goes final, we'll update the clip-o-tron.
