I had an [input-related] dream...
 

This is how I really wanted to input stuff:

Type straight into the list, group stuff as you go. Contexts can come later.

Editing actions once they're in can use the dialog, but for putting stuff in, this method keeps the rest of your list visible. The Return key would do what it does on the Mac - move you to the next line ready for another action.

Omni Group.......... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do this...

Remember, that the secret to a good task manager is making it easy to enter tasks. Tap + hold on a project is not easy (or intuitive or fast).
