Syncing only active projects to iPhone?
is there any way of telling OF for Mac to NOT sync On Hold projects? I have a lot in my "Someday" folder, and really don't need to see them on the iPhone. I would imagine this would cut down on file size and sync time to the iPhone if ALL of my OF file was not sync'd.

There isn't any way to do that at present. If you have stuff you really want to put in the deep freeze, you could try exporting it to another OmniFocus file and removing it from your main database, much like the archiving feature except without the restrictions on the time. When you want to put it back, just open the other file (you'll get a separate window) and drag the projects back.

Lightstorm, that sort of capability has been requested before (and I encourage you to add your vote by sending feedback to the OmniFocus email address, if you haven't already done so). However, it's not a feature that's likely to come very soon, at least, as it would add a significant amount of complexity architecturally.
