Missing feature in rendered page

Using the C panel for Expression Engine some of the panels used for text entry appear to be missing a feature when viewed in OW.

In Safari there is a stripped corner in the bottom right that allows the user to drag the box to a different height.

This appears to be missing in OW. Attempting to drag the box to a new height in OW appears not work.

It would appear that there is an active area that is seen in Safari but not in OW.

Is there any solution for this, is it a missing feature in OW?

Note the text box for making this thread when viewed in Safari has the same active area in the bottom right but when viewed in OW there is no active area.

The resize text area widget is a feature of WebKit that can be turned on in OmniWeb. Quit OmniWeb and open a terminal window. Then run this command:

defaults write com.omnigroup.OmniWeb5 ShowResizableTextAreas -bool true

When you restart OmniWeb the widget should appear. We may turn this on by default in the future.

OmniWeb also has a zoom text area feature, control click in the text area and select "Zoom" at the bottom. Your text will pop out into it's own window.

Just curious, why not have this on by default? Seems very useful.

I agree, that's why I'm pretty sure we're going to go ahead and flip the default shortly :)
