sp10 scroll bar bug

The scroll bar in my online catalog text box no longer displays correctly. Functionality is fine, but it looks like this now, and it looked normal before.

Does this go away if you reload the page? What if you restart OmniWeb?

It's there when I restart, but gone when I reload.
