OmniGraffle 3D?
 

I want to make some simple 3D diagrams, without doing the perspective transform by hand there is no way to do this in OmniGraffle.

Google SketchUp can do this, except that it sucks. Any chance OmniGraffle will be extended to handle a third dimension?

Yeah, the ability to snap and work with isometric shapes would be a great addition to OG
